You can't forge a relationship on that (or on 3 days of nostalgia-soaked reminiscence). It doesn't matter that the marriage ended a year ago. If she's not gotten help, she likely hasn't healed from the trauma. She meets you, a nicer guy who doesn't seem to like to beat up women, and whammo. Crazy town fest in 48hrs. This is not or normal. I highly suggest you remain platonic friends and encourage her to get into trauma therapy.
